About:
A representation of the essence of 'the veil of humanity' through a zine which will be printed onto high-quality gloss paper, the zine will allow me to portray the ideals of my brand and represent accurately how fashion is fed by consumerist fashion brands to mask a persons identity. Using photoshop tools such as colour halftone to present methodology of printing onto garments within industry.
The many layers presented, almost like a flip book - create a full image of advertisement. This is a reflection of how images are edited within fashion to create something perfect or whole, masking layers which create the final design.
- to show how parts of an image can be 'masked' over different images to create the final piece.
Influence:
- reflecting inspiration from a number of artists and influences throughout such as Miguel Vallinas, Hypbeast Magazine and Andrew Lacon.
- presenting the mask.
Process and Materials:
- using the 'select and mask' tool in order to present masking.
- using colour halftone to show how printing is present through images and how they are 'masked' throughout
Outcome:

Response:
First test
Although images look good, printing quality did not come out as nicely as it could.
Paper quality was not good enough
need to print double sided
find a different method of binding.
